Guaranteed quality

All the products available in our shop have producers’ warranty.

Ecobike bicycles and batteries are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The details and terms of the warranty are regulated by the Warranty Card assigned to each bicycle.

Reliability

Ecobike bikes have very high reliability, what in case of electric bikes is very important. The company has six years of experience in electric bikes sale and is one of the biggest of this branch in Poland, resulting in 98 per cent of reliability in 2012!
All the bikes meet the newest European Union electric bike standard EN 15194

Warranty repairs

• Since we own a spare parts warehouse, we have a 24/7/365 access to spare parts for fast possible repairs
• We issue payment receipts or VAT invoices and send them via e-mail
• Any of the above purchase confirmation are the base of any further warranty claims
• If you wish to receive a printed version of a receipt/VAT invoice, please let us know and we will include it in your delivery
• If the warranty card has not been issued, only the purchase confirmation is required to claim your warranty rights
